Description
Princess Tutu (c) Itoh Ikuko
Phantom of the Opera (c) Andrew Lloyd Webber
Full Title: Princess Tutu Icon Set - Phantom of the Opera
"Learn to Be Lonely" - Self-explanatory, and it seems to fit poor Fakir, all alone as he was...
"In Too Deep" - Another one of my triple meanings. A play on the fact that Fakir is in the water and that they are wet, another way of saying "past the point of no return", and a reference to my recent graphic of these two. [link]
"Please" - Very bittersweet song, if you think about it. And with these two, the hoping and the praying and the unheard pleading make it all the more poignant.
"The Final Threshold" - Fakir called Ahiru out of the darkness... and there she passed the final threshold. Their fates were sealed from that moment forward. They were in love.
"Angel of Dance" - A little play on "Angel of Music", and the song (whichever one it is) that this line is from. Because: Fakir can only write about her, and notice the flying pages around them...
"One Final Question" - More UST. To finish the line, "How long must we two wait before we're one?" And, as it's the final in this set, I found it fitting. Also the last of me using this line. Aren't you glad?

Actually, "Angel of Music" is the name of the song. It even gets a little reprise as "The Mirror". And I agree with StarZetRaven, I could totally see Drosselmeyer saying the "free publicity" line.
